I'm just a roofer who has repaired and replaced thousands of roofs, fixed thousands of roof leaks, and now I want to educate people on why you should not use traditional roofing systems.

Concrete should be on top too!

Building with all concrete is the future of residential construction in Florida. Forget about building with wood and then putting asphalt shingles  on top! We need to start building smarter! A structural concrete top does not get blown off in a hurricane!

Protect what's inside your home!

"Roofing" gets blown off when bad storms hit, then that roofing material gets blown into your neighbors house and all through the neighborhood, it's dangerous! On top of all that, now your home is leaking rain water! 

We are going to have to start changing the way we build our homes. Traditional roofing has failed over and over every hurricane.  Structural concrete top homes finished with a patio on top will never need a roofer, as long as the home is designed and built correctly.
