No Roofer Ever .com is on a mission to let people know that you can build residential homes with commercial structural pre-cast concrete systems, and not just the walls. The top can also be pre-cast structural concrete and finished with a patio deck! Why waste that space? If the design is right and the top is finished with poured concrete over the structural concrete, then the concrete is sealed correctly, the home will never need a roofer. No “roofing” to get blown off in a hurricane or tornado event. Some homes have a special room in the house they call the “safe room”, the room families run and go in if a tornado is hitting. No Roofer Ever .com is trying to get the word out that it is not all that much more expensive to make your entire house a “safe room”! If you watch the Weather Channel at all you would know that practically daily, neighborhoods all across our county are suffering because many homes are getting destroyed by high wind events. People are suffering while other people are making billions of dollars manufacturing ridiculous amounts of more shingles and other roofing products. Meanwhile smart people all around the world build homes with structural concrete and the “roofs”/tops last hundreds of years!

If you build your home with wood and shingles on top, you leave your home, you and your family vulnerable to severe weather events! We could be putting strong structural concrete tops on our homes, and the structure will truly be safe for our loved ones and our most precious valuables. No one should ever need a roofer at their home, and no one should ever have rainwater leaking in their house after a storm in the first place! No Roofer Ever .com really wants to help spread the word about this and hopefully building residential homes with structural concrete systems and structural concrete tops will become a common practice so we can eventually all be safe in our homes in any storms, and you won’t have to worry about your neighbor's roof blowing off and hitting you and or your house either! We all hope that severe weather does not hit our homes, but it's good to be prepared, and we should not be wasting that real-estate on the top either way! That's good usable patio deck space on top! Go up there and watch the sunrise! I was in the roofing business 20 years here in Florida and I saw what hurricanes and tornados do to our communities. One of the worst things that happens is that almost everybody's roof gets damaged and leaks rainwater and or the roof and top gets blown off the house completely! I saw this in hurricanes like Charley, Katrina, Wilma, Matthew, Michael, Ian and many more! I’ve seen people lose priceless things, destroyed by water getting in their homes. People have even been killed by roof tiles flying through the air in hurricanes! We have got to start to change the way we build to be prepared for more severe weather to come, and hopefully one day everyone can have a safe home to live in. I'd love to help anyone design a patio top home, I have many designs already to choose from.
